Betty Ramspeck has devoted her life to assisting youth and adults through challenging times. This frequently led to employment assistance. From the gangs of Chicago to residential care to providing horse therapy for emotional support, she spent 11 years in this arena. She knows how to connect and support a person’s abilities to a positive conclusion.
Betty soon became aware that some of the chaos she saw in others, developed from a lack of education, which led to lack of gainful employment. Betty went on to earn her teaching degree from University of South Florida and worked 17 years in Sarasota schools with students in special education.
Betty is delighted to channel her experience and skills into the clients of Brightest Employment Services, understanding the impact of assisting others to reach their employment goals.
Betty’s favorite quote is from Norman Vincent Peale: “It is always too early to quit!”.
