Mona Burrows believes everyone has a story and deserves a second chance. This foundational belief drives the 30+ years of experience that Mona brings to the table as an Employment Specialist. Mona finds her greatest joy in recreating client stories and guiding them through life-coaching into fulfilling employment.

Mona has a broad and varied history that increases the value of her influence on our clients and the community. She has been president of several boards, from the state of Florida to the local city business districts. She was awarded a Humanitarian Award during hurricane Elena and has led numerous leadership courses. When you combine those accomplishments with her entrepreneurial spirit, and life coaching certification, she delivers a world of ideas and opportunities for those she encompasses.

Her passion is living life to it’s fullest & giving back. She welcomes meeting people from different cultures as her experience in working with others from around the globe brings an understanding of others for a more inclusive perspective and worldview while working one on one for a successful outcome. That is the meaning of life for Mona, to make a difference in a person’s life.
