Consuela Williams has a ten-year history with unemployment services. She has worked with vulnerable populations ranging from youth to geriatric services, assisting persons with disabilities in each group. She understands all persons have limitations and carefully assists, giving priority to a person’s abilities.

Consuela received her associate degree from Hillsborough County College in Human Services and her B.A. from St. Leo University in Social Work. Her degree served to support her life-long passions of helping people develop a plan and guiding them to see their desired results. She supports all clients with her priority of hope in every situation. Her enthusiasm for life and ability to stimulate motivation and action is an asset. She is a welcome member of the Brightest Employment Services.
