Rose Isom has a rich history of serving various and diverse vulnerable populations. She has worked 10 years in the non-profit sector as an Employment Specialist. Her passion to bring the best to others, is also demonstrated by her 11 years with Mental Health Care of Tampa. Most recently she supported and assisted persons with disabilities through the work of Tampa Crossroads. Rose received her BA in Science from National Louis University in Tampa, Florida.

Her expertise as a certified Career Facilitator came from Florida Atlantic University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and maximizes her influence as an Employment Specialist. She delights in seeing possibilities become reality for all persons that cross her professional path. Her effectiveness has reached multitudes in the Tampa Bay area and now will continue with Brightest Employment Services.
