Rosica Guiteaud is a proven influencer and leader. With a B.S from the University of South Florida in Public Health, she has over 10 years of experience in the non-for-profit sector and public health arenas as a social worker, speaker, educator and community leader. She is an entrepreneur and brings passion, commitment, and drive to Brightest Employment Services. Her skills are second only to her desire to see persons with disabilities find gainful employment and maintain their independence. She is founder and president of Brightest Employment Services since 2019.

Rosica has worked closely with Vocational Rehabilitation counselors for several years. She brings a strong background in Employment Service and Supported Employment techniques. Rosica has received accolades from staff and co-workers for her ability to find the right job for our clients.

Rosica speaks Haitian-Creole as an added value when working with this population. Her ability to adapt to any given situation along with her inviting laugh makes her a perfect candidate to work with our clients.
